| I love to do snow and ice climbing, crazy though that may sound to some people. Firstly in its own right it is exciting and offers both the technical challenge and the added challenge of facing some pretty inhospitable weather conditions at times. | It is mostly on the bigger mountains (certainly here in the UK) which is exactly where I most love to be. However the skills learnt here are an essential par tof the toolkit necessary for moving on to climbing in the Alps and Greater Ranges. |
