| This site gives a description
of an expedition to the Cordillera Blanca of Peru that I took part
in during July and August 2003. I have attempted to provide
information that my be of some use to others planning trips to this
area in the future. I have provided internet links where possible or
known and also prices where known. Of course these were the prices
at the time of our trip and may have changed by the time you read
this! Sometimes prices are given in Sols and sometimes in US
Dollars.
Our intention on this expedition was
to climb several peaks by mainly easy routes. We unfortunately
suffered from some illness, minor injury and poor conditions which
limited what we could achieve but a good time was had by all.
